Only by working cooperatively together, will SAF Imaging be able to recommend and implement solutions that will effortlessly integrate with our customers existing processes, procedures, and standards. Additionally, it is always a strategic decision to “test drive” a product or service prior to determining if it is the best solution. SAF Imaging offers our customers the opportunity to “test Drive” our back-file conversion services with a Discovery Proof of Concept. This provides a no risk, no obligation, opportunity to view the finished product and know up front all pricing, delivery, and implementation options, prior to making any commitment.

SAF Imaging will assist you in taking the first step in the decision making process to go paperless. The Proof of Concept involves SAF Imaging to review your current records management practices, and then converting a representative sampling of hardcopy files into electronic images, and then returned to you at no charge and with no obligation. This provides an opportunity for you to see first hand the final product, and how it will benefit your company’s records management needs. The Proof of Concept will determine what the per image cost to you will be to begin the conversion process. SAF Imaging will work with you to develop a plan to handle your document conversion requirements. There is absolutely no obligation in accepting a Proof of Concept meeting.
